The quartz slab is transported to the conveyor belt through therollers. The conveyor belt transports the roughslab to each rotating polishing head. According to the shape and position of the slab, the polishing head automatically rises and falls, and rotates back and forth, left and right along the surface of the slab. The abrasive on the polishing head polishes the rough plate into the required gloss plate under the set pressure.
According to the different material characteristics of the processed slab, the feed speed of the conveyor belt and the swing speed of the beam can be adjusted through the frequency converter, so that the polished slab can achieve the desired polishing effect.
An infrared contour detection device is set at the end of slab entry to detect the shape signal of the processed slab. Through the processing of the automatic control system, the lifting and lowering of the polishing head is correct and effective
The abrasive wear condition is determined by adjusting the position of the cylinder lifting limit switch above the polishing head.When the abrasive consumption reaches a certain level, this machine will send an alarm signal of lack of abrasive, automatically stop the machine and remind the operator to replace the abrasive.
